Develop a classroom management plan to ensure equitable and effective student access to available technology resources. Explain where you will place technologies in your classroom and why. You should include at least one computer, a display system (Elmo, LCD projector, or interactive white board), and an additional technology appropriate for you classroom. This may be included in a PowerPoint with your seating chart or as a separate Word document.
Create a template that shows where computers and other technology will be placed. Use PowerPoint to create a seating chart.
Develop a plan which explains how students will be scheduled to use the computers in the classroom, making sure plan ensures equitable access. A Google search on this topic results in numerous web sites with information that will help. Also, Tom Snyder’s One Computer Classroom is an excellent reference for this assignment. You should have your Seating Chart and Computer Scheduling plan from ED 505 to use in this section.
